All FREE Gift orders placed by you through www.figur.com.au/pages/stella-x-figur will be subject to these terms and conditions. Once you have submitted the order form for your FREE Gift and it has been received, we will confirm that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us with respect to such order. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of the customer services team.

FIGUR CO PTY LTD, trading under ABN 83 653 006 743, (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. In collaboration with Stella Underwriting Pty Ltd (ABN 72 633 811 319) for this promotion, when you visit our website via the specific website link (https://www.figur.com.au/pages/stella-x-figur) (“Website”) and by submitting information to us, you accept and consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.  

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Once you submit your information to us via the order form specific to this promotion, we may use and disclose your personal information with Stella Underwriting Pty Ltd for purposes necessary to provide you with with your FREE Gift, including:

  • set up your customer account;
  • verify your eligibility with Stella Underwriting Pty Ltd;
  • process and fulfil your FREE Gift order;
  • record your order history;
  • keep you informed with relevant notifications about us and our products, offers, promotions, sales, events, and any other news or activities that may interest you;
  • deliver ads related to our products and services that are targeted to you;
  • communicate with you in relation to your queries, requests and feedback, and any material changes in relation to this Policy or other terms or conditions, or matters relating to your account; and
  • personalise and improve your customer experience via the Website.

Once you receive confirmation of your FREE Gift order placement via email with us, you consent to our standard Terms & Conditions with exclusion of the Returns & Exchange and Shipping Policies which are specific to this Promotion. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Your FREE Gift order will be sent Standard Post via Australia Post. Please allow 12 business days for delivery. We deliver to all addresses nationwide in Australia on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). 

If a parcel does go missing and you are unable to locate your parcel via Australia Post, we ask you to use the contact form here

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your FIGUR by Jules shapewear, so if your item isn't quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Should you wish to exchange it, or need assistance in finding the perfect fit we are here to support you. We offer a 14-day period from the date you received your item to initiate a return and exchange.

All exchanges must be sent via Australia Post with tracking, contain all original tags and labels and MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN other than for the purpose of trying the item on.
