How it Works
Add to Cart: Use the Try Before You Buy button to add items to your cart.
Step 1 - Checkout & Authorisation: Checkout without any upfront payment. We will temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items, but you won't be charged until you decide to keep them.
Receive you order: Try on your Shapewear. You'll have 4 days to try on the items.
Decide if you keep or return: We'll send you a link via email and SMS to access your Customer Portal. There, you can select your details and follow the steps to finalise your purchase or initiate your return. You’ll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.
Returns
If you need to return anything, we'll send you a prepaid return label to download.
Return Guidelines:
Returns must be posted within 4 days of completing the order.
If you return all items from the order, a $10 try on service fee will be applied. If you keep any of the items there is not service fee payable

WHICH SKIRT IS BEST FOR ME?
The ULTIMATE SKIRT has been designed for women over 5'5" (165cm) in height and you prefer to wear longer skirts and dresses.
The ULTIMATE MINI is great for women who are over 5'5" and prefer to wear shorter dresses, skirts or styles with slits on the side OR if you are under 5'5"/165cm, will sit just above your knee.
ULTIMATE SHORTS
The ULTIMATE SHORTS have a high level of compression and have been designed for all day comfort and support. (Great for Postpartum Support). With a Pull Over Crotch, they are Toilet Hassle Free.
DO I CHOOSE PETITE OR TALL?
Choose PETITE FIGUR if you are 5'5" / 152cm to 5'5" / 165cm.
Choose TALL FIGUR if you are 5'5" / 165cm and above.
WHAT IF I AM 165CM - DO I CHOOSE TALL OR PETITE?
This will depend on your body type. If you are considered to have a long torso, we recommend selecting the TALL style and if you have a shorter torso choose PETITE.

Can I use a discount code?
Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.
How does the payment process work?
When you use the Free Home Try-On service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorise your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorisation simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.
What is the Restocking Fee?
The Restocking fee is a $10 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order. This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns. It is only charged if no items from the order are kept. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the flexibility to try products at home before committing to a purchase.
Where is this service available?
Please note this service is currently only available in Australia and for our full priced items (no sale).
How do complete my order?
Try Before You Buy orders must be completed in the Try with Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed.
